John Valente: It was my first time buying from Factory Direct and I am very satisfied with my experience with them. We had 4 windows and 3 steel doors and a patio door installed. Starting with Tony Semeraro the sales rep who guided us with our project he was very knowledgeable and kept his word on the date of the installation. Max and his crew came to do the installation they were amazing starting with making sure to cover the floors and the furniture, you could tell they love their job they made sure of every little detail and after the work was done they vacuumed and cleaned up completely. They made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Thank you to the team at Factory Direct especially Tony and Max, I would recommend them if you are looking for windows and doors, they have excellent prices

christopher dao: and had them inflate with helium. The staff was not very enthusiastic but they compensated with knowledge about helium and how nicely they tied the strings. The delivery was smooth and 30$ which is a fair price. Adjust your expectations and you wont be disappointed. This place needs high margins to justify sales for some holidays only; you pay higher for the convenience. If you want good value buy on AliExpress two months ahead.

Which is to say that Tate & Yoko did all they could and, really, went above and beyond to give me a care driven experience...because how many other places would go out of their way to include a bag INSIDE the shipping bag just to make sure your extraneous small stuff arrived in good shape? Not many.Tate & Yoko offers a phenomenal shopping experience where you can trust you'll be taken care of, and I can not recommend them enough.

I placed an order based on my typical Jean size, then immediately realized that the they were going to be too small based on the sizing guide. I called and they canceled the order, no problem. The guy I talked to was super nice. I placed a new order and it arrived before the "expected" date, but it didn't actually ship for like 3 business days. Awesome that it arrived before the date that they gave me. But frustrating that it didn't ship quickly and could possibly have been here 3 days sooner. Finally, I did not have a return, BUT I did have buyer's anxiety when reading their return policy. It all adds up to 4 out 5 stars.I'd give 10 stars, if possible, for my new Naked & Famous jeans. I've been wearing raw denim for about a decade now and have owned 4 different pairs from 2 manufacturers. These are by far the best quality and I love the Super Guy fit. I had them hemmed locally for $20 so that I could try them on first.All told, if you're on the fence, go for it.
