Carm Bartu: I recently bought a total of 5 pieces of luggage plus accessories and a shoulder bag. I asked for a price match as the same set was at 60% at another retailer store. I was offered a 15% discount instead. I wish Bentley would see the value of customer satisfaction when it comes to price and quality.I bought everything at Bentley as i did not want to break the sets and also because of the nice job Johanna did making sure the customer receives all the information needed to pick the right luggage, I hope she gets a nice bonus or commission out of the big bill i paid for the purchase.

Definitely will go back on my weekly errands on saint laurent Blvd. The most attractive site in the whole of Montreal! Disorganized makes its charm. Photo opportunities! See you there soon!

montrealfilmguy: It's located right behind the Olympic stadium. Make sure you get off at metro Viau to be very close. I bought tickets for a Thursday evening show at the Planeterium as it's only 8 dollars on that day.

Rosie Dhillon: for my troubles. I am very happy with the responsiveness, attention and extra care by the brand. I noticed the rollers on the bag I used were smooth, 360 swivel, and the handle was easy to pull up and down even with a fully stuffed bag. My bag was expandable by approx. 3 inches and I left it expanded when checking it in with Air Canada and there was no trouble. It is lightweight and the rose gold colour held up very well on the one trip against the normal wear and tear that airlines put on bags.

The lovely lady I spoke to, was very kind, and walked me through the procedure. I just wanted to say that I was so impressed with the quick response, regular communication, and friendly, helpful staff. It was a pleasure dealing with this company.
