Friendly and very motivating staff! Workouts are intense but very adaptable to people of all ages and condition. The challenging workout combinations are so varied and complete that it definitely helps to improve overall fitness and athletic conditioning. These sessions are as intense as your body can take it, but at the same time coaches are competent to help you scale down or modify as needed the exercises in order to prevent injury. If you live or work in the vicinity it is definitely worth the try!

I love report fitness!! I get more in this work out then I ever did working out in a gym for an hour and a half. It's a full body work out which helped me lose weight and tone. The bast part is ALL the Instructors are AMAZING! They watch and help you with your form I feel like I have a personal trainer. I recommend this gym for anyone who wants a fast in and out work out that will get results!!

Super efficient wods, awesome passionate and competent coaches (which we unfortunately don't see a lot on the market anymore!!), love the crowd, best way to effective training, shred fat, build muscle, and improve your body and self esteem without getting injured !
