My journey towards healing started when I was suffering from depression and addictions. This allowed me to understand darkness before I could embrace light. It was while I was in this dark place that I discovered energy healing. I have since trained as a reiki master and in other modalities. I am an IFS (Internal Family System ) informed practitioner, I host meditation on a regular basis, teach reiki and continue to find ways to expand my spiritual knowledge in my daily practices.
